Road Materials, Callahan County TX

Not less than 50,000 tons and not more than 125,000 tons (or yardage equivalent) of flex base road material with maximum rock size of 1 ½ inches (minus), with approximately equal amounts of fines and rocks, and none over 1 ½ inches.  Not less than 15,000 tons and not more than 30,000 tons (or yardage equivalent) of oversized rock.  Not less than 35,000 gallons and not more than 60,000 gallons of CRS2 Emulsion, delivered to various roads in Callahan County.  The material must be provided in incremental amounts and at times as requested by Callahan County over a twelve (12) month period starting when the bid is accepted.  All amounts to be received and times to pick up material will be at the discretion of Callahan County.   Material will be picked up at the bidder’s site and the bidder must be able to load the material onto dump trucks at that site. The bidder must weigh each truck and provide a scale ticket or invoice indicating the amount of material delivered.
