Demolition Services - Water Plant 1, Perry, GA

The City is soliciting bids for remediation, demolition, and removal services to include all work necessary for asbestos remediation, lead-based paint remediation, razing, demolition, removal and disposal of buildings, structures, foundations, paving (asphalt, concrete, aggregate), sidewalks, fencing, piping, masonry, steel, plumbing, site improvements, electrical, HVAC and reinforcement that are part of any building or parcel of land associated with this project in accordance with this bid and the special conditions therein. The City will also require after removal of improvements that the site conditions to be brought back to level grading in a manner that will adequately address storm water conditions. A site inspection to observe any concerns that may not be included in this request for bid document is recommended. Bidder must provide the City with a written report and include with bid package any finding after the site inspection is complete. This is to include the visual presence of hazardous chemicals, gases, materials or other substances apparent or suspected.
