Central Avenue Pump Station, Rye, NY

The Work includes labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents and as more specifically described in the Specifications and Drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features: Installation of a new gravity sewer, force main sewer and manholes, and laterals in the City of Rye. Installation of one (1) Packaged Pump System. Installation of new system controls for the pump station. New electrical and natural gas service for the pump station, including emergency backup generators. Connection from the pump station to an existing gravity sewer manhole. The work site locations, existing site conditions and site data is as shown on the Drawings. Additional details and coordination items are as shown in Article 1 in the Summary of Work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 180 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment 210 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time.
