The intent of this solicitation is to renovate South Service Center Training Room to create two exterior doors and two concrete walkways to existing sidewalk. The Scope of work of the project includes demolition, and modifications to training room to create two exterior doors and two concrete ramps and walkways per plans and specifications. South Service Center is located at 1100 SW Green Oaks Blvd., Arlington, TX 76017. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM on Oct 13th. MWBE GFE required. MWBE Gaol: 14.58%
