Description
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Food and Green Waste Recycling Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rate specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, training of key institution/facility personnel, and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center (CTC), located at 9850 Twin Cities Road, Galt, CA 95632. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is through 3/31/24. Questions due 10/6/21.
