1. Removal and disposal of two split system air conditioning units
2. Installation of three new computer room air conditioning units with grade mounted condensing units
3. Installation of split system heat pump to condition the office areas. Term is 154 calendar days. DVBE required. Micro Business preference.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
