The intent of this solicitation is to renovate the 4th floor of City Tower from restaurant to open offices and breakroom. The project includes demolition, remodel, and modifications of the existing 4th floor restaurant to open offices, new breakroom, restrooms and storage per plans and specifications. City Tower is located at 101 S. Mesquite St Arlington TX 76010. Questions are due no later than 02:00 PM on Oct 21st. MWBE GFE required. MWBE Goal: 35%
