Description
This project consists of improvements to Lakeview Avenue in the City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. The limits of construction are along Lakeview Avenue from Brijadan Lane to Route 1/301 (Boulevard). The Lakeview Avenue Modernization project consists of roadway and pedestrian improvements including, but not limited to: New/reconstructed travel lanes; New stormwater facilities; New utilities – domestic water and sanitary sewer; Traffic signals; Street lighting; ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps. Completion of all work shall be done under the contract not later than 08/01/2023. DBE goal 12%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
