Description
The City of Midland seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified vendor to provide a self- service outdoor kiosk for utility payment with weatherproof enclosure. The city desires to enhance their customer service with a user-friendly payment kiosk where bill payments maintained by our customer service department can be completed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bonds and Insurance required. Application and services must be turnkey and include but not be limited to the design, construction, installation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance of the payment kiosk while seamlessly integrating with our existing CIS through Northstar Utilities.
