Description
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning of the existing ducts, shafts, and plenum spaces, and to remove asbestos contamination assumed to be present in the air conveyance systems. Removal of asbestos contamination on certain floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces in the attic. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Asbestos Removal, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Deadline for questions is October 8, 2021 by 3:00pm.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
