Description
The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the construction of a new Batting Facility at the North Glynn Recreation Complex. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the construction of the engineered metal building and all associated site and utility work. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. This project requires pre-qualification. Pre-qualification questionnaires and pre-qualification criteria may be downloaded at the county website. Questions due October 14, 2021.
