Description
Sealed proposals will be received by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation for Jamestown Settlement Winter Repairs. At Jamestown Settlement there are two (2) period structures in James Fort needing repair. These buildings are the Four Bay House and one of the two (2) gate houses. This IFB includes mandatory repairs on the Four Bay House and tentative repairs on the Gate House. Work can start on December 1, 2021 and shall be completed by February 28, 2022. Small business set aside priority.
