Description
This project includes the installation of approximately 3,300 linear feet of new 8” ductile iron water main and appurtenances, sanitary sewer laterals, reconstruction of the storm sewer system including new underdrains, and full depth road reconstruction including new concrete curb, sidewalk and handicap accessible ramps. The project will be separated into three shares for payment items and quantity tracking, but bid as one complete project via unit prices. It is expected that the construction of the watermain and sanitary sewer laterals will occur first and begin in the 2021 construction season with storm sewer and roadway reconstruction taking place in the spring of 2022. Deadline for questions is November 5, 2021 by 2:00pm.
