Description
This contract includes, but it is not limited to, the supplying of all labor, equipment, parts and supervision necessary and required to provide service, planned maintenance and repairs on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the New York City Department of Transportation’s (“DOT”) St. George and Whitehall Ferry Terminals and the Ferry Maintenance Building. The Contractor shall provide regular scheduled maintenance for the various HVAC systems located at the St. George Ferry Terminal and the Ferry Maintenance Facility located in Staten Island and the Whitehall Ferry Terminal located in lower Manhattan. A tag must be affixed by the Contractor to each piece of equipment, which shall specify the service completion date. M/WBE goal is 10%.
