Bid Package Three (3) Includes - 3/32.Concrete, 5.Steel, 6.Casework/Millwork, 8.Openings, 9.Finishes (except Drywall & Ceilings), 10.Specialties, 11.Equipment, 12.Shades, 21.Fire Sprinklers, 22/23/26/27/28.MEP's, 32/33.Earthwork/Utilities, 32.Paving, 32.Striping, 32.Fencing, 32.Landscape/Irrigation ONLY. Building consists of a high bay shop, office area, and utility rooms for a total of 30,000 square feet.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
