Description
This Contract provides for the replacement of existing road culvert at Ovenell Slough and Cedar Grove Ave in Skagit County, near Concrete, Washington. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal of an existing culvert, construction of a new channel beneath the proposed structure within the Skagit County right-of-way; installation of a new pre-cast concrete girder single span bridge with pile foundations; installation of scour protection in the form of an engineered log jam; improvements to the trail approaches on either side of the bridge and other work.
