Description
The Work includes the interior remodel of the existing three floors of Avanti High School main building, of 61,000 square feet, and the interior remodel of the existing Annex building, gymnasium of 41,500 square feet, and warehouse area of 32,000 square feet. Included is the hazardous material abatement; and new finishes, accessible fixtures, LED light fixtures, and relocation of power and data for all areas. The main building scope includes the reconfiguration of classrooms and office, the replacement of 1st floor wall radiators, and a new DOAS unit for the 2nd floor. The Annex scope includes a new ERV and furnace to replace existing AHU, serving new restrooms and art classroom. Exterior work includes the tie in of new sewer and electrical utilities. There are also alternate bids requested. All work is further described in the bid documents.
