Description
Floyd County invites bids for a 3,200 Sq. Ft. Structure to be Built Upon F1oyd County Recreational Field and or site location of 205 Park Dr NW, Floyd VA. 24091. Commercial wood structure to be used for an office space, athletic equipment, including a garage. Contractor(s) shall be reasonable for all grading, service connections, inside and outside of structure and its building area(s). Structure shall be built upon a slab and on-grade, with wood framing, engineered trusses, and shall have Hardie board plank siding with a standing seam roof. Structure shall be built to the 2015 VA, USBC "Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code".
