Description
Project consists of construction of IS Building Generator, West Valley College, 14000 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California 95070, as indicated in Contract Documents. The Work consists of replacing and existing 150kW diesel generator with a new 300kW generator through a phased and coordinated schedule to minimize the electrical system downtime to the owner. Work shall also include roughing in all new equipment, conduit & wire for a quick cutover around the existing manual and automatic transfer switches and the disconnect and removal of the old 150kW generator and switches. 199 days performance. November 2021 - June 2022
