Webb County is seeking formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from interested firms with Architects, Engineers and Building Envelope Consultants on staff for the cost evaluation, schematic & design development, preparation of construction documents and construction administration to re-roof and waterproof the Webb County Justice Center Building located at 1110 Victoria Street, Laredo, Texas.
