The City of Garland solicits bids for the rehabilitation of a single family home at 614 Sanders Dr. Major items of work in order of priority are: Electrical throughout; Exterior Painting; Interior Painging; Repair walls & ceilings of all drywall cracks or damaged drywall; Complete shower surround package in the Hall Bathroom; Installation of vinyl plank floor in kitchen, dining area, master & hall bathrooms; & Replace front & rear storm doors with divided windows. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM on Oct 5th.
