Ditch Regrading, Reshaping & Related Items, Harris Co., TX

This Project is a term contract for ditch regrading, reshaping and related items at various locations within Harris County Precinct 1. The Contractor shall provide the necessary equipment, labor and other items to remove excess materials from ditches, including but not limited to debris and silt, in order to maintain proper slope stability. This work shall apply to the ditches and in and around any fixtures, features or utilities located within the ditch. This work is to be on an “as-needed” basis. Ditches are located within roadway right-ofways, drainage easements, subdivisions, and parks. The Contractor shall have enough crews and equipment to work on multiple sites at any given time. Harris County may consider four (4) one-year renewal options, renewable one (1) year at a time after the initial year. Questions are due Oct 15th no later than 12:00 PM. The County requires Vendors to make a good faith effort to meet or exceed a 10.00% goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project.
