The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency) and its constituent entities intends to award one contract to a qualified hazardous materials abatement contractor to perform hazardous materials (asbestos, mold and lead) abatement in accordance with the Technical Specifications Manual at various Agency owned or controlled sites throughout the City & County of Sacramento. The contractor must hold and maintain a California State Licensing Board (CSLB) ASB - Asbestos Certification and related licensing throughout the term of the contract. No subcontracting for hazardous materials abatement services (for the actual abatement work) will be allowed by the Agency. One year contract with 4 option years. Questions are due Oct 21st by 12:00 PM.
