Metal Equipment Shed, Campbell, CA

The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (Midpen) is installing a metal equipment shed at its new field office and corporate yard in Campbell, CA.  The foundation for the equipment shed was permitted and installed along with the tenant improvements made to the main building on site. Midpen is seeking bids for the fabrication and installation of the equipment shed. The scope of work includes design, fabrication, and installation of the equipment shed to meet the dimensions and specifications on the included plans. Permitting and installation of electrical will be done by the District and shall not be included in the quote. Provide plans and calculations sufficient for permitting with City of Campbell (District will secure permit once plans and calculations are completed). Provide materials and labor for fabrication and construction of 24’W x 28’L x 10’H metal equipment shed on existing concrete foundation and slab.
