Description
Contractor will be required to provide all certificates or registration and licensed personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, testing, inspections, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform the operation, maintenance and repair of the fire alarm systems. Scope of work shall include visual inspection of fire alarm devices for physical damage, corrective and preventive maintenance intervals. Contractor shall provide all operations, maintenance and repair services required to maintain compliance with the fire alarm rules as outlined by the State Fire Marshal for all County facilities. Contractor shall inspect, clean and service fire alarm devices annually. Term is one year with up to 4, one year, renewal options.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
