Contractor, agrees to provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bond and personnel to provide these Fire Protection Systems Maintenance Services (as defined in Section 6) to the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) - Napa, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Term is through 10/30/24.
