Description
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Placerville DMV field office (approximately 35,275 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot) for the term of this Agreement. Questions due 10/6/21. Term is 3 years. DBE Incentives.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
