Description
The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and other incidentals for the reroof, new storefront systems and glazing, exterior painting and site improvements to an existing 1,080 S.F., 1-story concrete walls with wood roof existing building. The project is subject to the Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications including the amendments thereto, and Contract Documents hereunder.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
