Description
The City of Palm Bay requests information from qualified contracts experienced in providing residential housing rehabilitation services. A pre-qualification form must be on file with the Procurement Department in order for contractors to submit quotes for the City`s SHIP-funded programs. Once qualified, a contractor will be provided the opportunity to submit estimates to residential housing rehabilitation and emergency repair services as needed.
