Description
The Rollins Ford Park will be constructed at 14500 Rollins Ford Road Nokesville, VA 20181. The work consists of construction of a park with open space including, but not limited to, the following: A. Two natural turf athletic fields and associated fence enclosure; B. Comfort station building; C. Two picnic pavilions; D. Playground with custom equipment for ages 2 to 12; E. Basketball court; F. Parking lot and associated infrastructure; G. Stormwater management facilities and other site infrastructure; H. Paved and unpaved walkways and trails; I. Meadows and landscape plantings; and J. Signage. Q&A due 7 days prior to bid.
