Description
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified firm to provide labor, equipment materials and permits if applicable to upgrade HVAC system at the Alice Jane Childs Building, 320 Hospital Drive, Warrenton, VA, 20186. The Contractor shall commence work under this contract with ten (10) calendar days of the date of “Notice to Proceed” and shall substantially complete the project within no later than 30 days. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
