Description
The project consists of the installation of two new gas-fired domestic hot water heaters and associated two domestic hot water storage tanks to replace the existing failed steam generated domestic hot water tanks. The project intent is to locate the new domestic water heaters and tanks in the existing boiler room, and intercept the existing domestic hot water recirculation loop. The existing steam generated domestic hot water tanks shall be abandoned in place. DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and DCAMM Update Statement is required.
