RFQ E Harmony (WCR74) - Weld County Road 19 Intersection Improvements, Severance CO

The project will include the preparation of an Intersection Control Analysis (ICA) for a signalized intersection and a roundabout configuration. The intersection control analysis will be presented to the Town Council with a memorandum prepared by Town staff and the CE. Following a determination, the CE will proceed with existing conditions investigation and assessment, horizontal layout, vertical design, signing and pavement markings, traffic signal (or roundabout) design, drainage assessment and design, construction drawings, and bidding documents. The services provided by the selected consultant/consultant team will include the civil engineering/roadway design, surveying, utility relocation design (if required), traffic engineering, and geotechnical engineering. The utility locates, topographic survey, and geotechnical engineering can commence when the Contract is executed.
