Description
The work under this Contract will be performed on a work order basis and consists of construction improvements at King County Transit Facilities. Sites include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Bus Zone and Park and Ride lots located within King County. Work includes clearing; excavation; removal and disposal of existing site materials; placing, finishing and curing of unreinforced and reinforced concrete; paving with Portland cement concrete and/or asphalt concrete; construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls; handrailing; landscaping and other miscellaneous site improvements.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
