Description
This Contract provides for the improvement of One WSDOT owned property within the city of Lake Stevens at 909 Frontage Road (Parcel 1-24874) by possible abatement of asbestos materials, removal and disposal of building, building contents, foundations, business sign, light poles, some landscape materials, miscellaneous debris and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
