N Street Park, Davis, CA

The project consists of demolition of existing trees, landscaping, concrete and park improvements. A separate contractor will remove the park play equipment as noted on the plans. Park improvements include grading, relocation of the electrical service panel,addition of lights along the path extending easterly from the park, replacement of existing park lights, relocation of one of the park lights, new electrical lines as needed to serve new and relocated lights, addition of a drinking fountain connecting to existing water line, irrigation, minor planting, pathways and ADA concrete work at the park entrance. As noted on the plans a separate playground contractor, under a separate contract with the city, will be removing the existing play structure and installing new play structures. As noted on the plans the majority of landscaping and minor irrigation will be preformed by others after completion of the project. This project will include some minor landscaping primarily consisting of turf as noted on the plans. Time for completion for this project is 60 working days.
