Plumbing Contractor Services, Concord & Other Cities, CA

Mount Diablo USD solicits qualification statements from firms interesed in entering into a contract to provide plumbing services throughout the District. The district covers 150 square miles, including the cities of Clayton, Concord, Pleasant Hill, portions of Martinez, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, and unincorporated areas including Bay Point and Pacheco. 1. The selected Firm(s) must be prepared to perform some or all of the Services described in the form of Agreement for Plumbing Contractor Services. The exact scope for each project would be determined by the District on a project-by-project basis depending on the needs of each project. 2. The District intends to maintain a pool of qualified applicants for the services sought in this RFQ. Request for recertification may be sent every three (3) years. Firms who do not reply to the request for recertification may be deleted from the pool of prequalified firms, at the sole discretion of the District. At the District sole discretion, additional firms may be added to the pool.
