Description
Western is soliciting proposals for roof maintenance services at its Holcomb Pump Station located at 550 East Alessandro Boulevard, Riverside, California 92506. The roof area is approximately 130 feet by 45 feet, above a single-story building. Building as-built drawings are currently unavailable, so interested contractors may participate in a job walk at the pre-proposal meeting to perform investigations and assessments of the structure. Access to the site is restricted; therefore, interested contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting.
