Description
The Contractor shall provide on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary to repair California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) state-owned residences and building, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems, and miscellaneous work of state-owned buildings and infrastructure. Agreement shall also include semi-annual inspection of preventive maintenance on nine (9) HVAC units. The services shall be performed at Elkhorn Slough Ecological Reserve: Main Facility Site: 1700 Elkhorn Road, Royal Oaks, CA 95076 State-Owned Housing # R4-50: 1456 Elkhorn Road, Royal Oaks, CA 95076 State-Owned Housing # R4-51: 1460 Elkhorn Road, Royal Oaks, CA 95076 State-Owned Housing # R4-52: 1454 Elkhorn Road, Royal Oaks, CA 95076
