Description
The work to be performed under the Special Provisions consists of developing of Freeport Park in Sacramento at 1980 Monarch lane. The improvements will consist of 4.20 acres and improvement include irrigation, landscaping, and concrete walkways. Project duration is 30 working days plus 90 calendar days for plant establishment. Questions are due in writing no later than Oct 13th prior to 2:00 PM. 5% LBE Requirements apply.
