Description
The City is looking for landscape contractors to transform residential landscapes in the City of Sacramento. The goal of this program is to install low maintenance, cost-effective, attractive, sustainable, River-Friendly Landscapes for residents that agree to the removal of existing chain-link fences along the front yard of their properties. Projected timeline is to begin these projects by Winter 2021. Contractors should provide a base price on the Estimated Cost Worksheets for all (4) four proposed designs. Be sure to include All labor (foreseen and unforeseen) including demolition and disposal costs. Questions are due no later than Oct 13th @ 5:00 PM. The City has established a minimum 5% participation level for LBEs on this contract..
