Description
It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to solicit sealed bids from qualified Contractors and to set forth the terms by which Charlotte County may establish a contract for preventive maintenance services quoted at both a fixed rate and a hourly rate; and "oncall" repair service on a time and materials basis, for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment identified in the Equipment Schedules. The initial term of the contract shall be for a 12 month period: 11/1/21 - 10/31/22, renewable. Q&A due by 2pm, 10/20/21.
