Description
Bathroom/Shower conversion at 120 Eden Avenue, Lumberton NC. . The subject bathroom is to be converted into a tiled shower with the addition of a changing room. The purpose of this IFB is to procure services to remodel bathroom in HACL’s Maintenance Building. The selected Contractor must provide all necessary permits, transportation, supervision, labor, licenses, tools, equipment, services and expertise to perform contractual services. Deadline for Questions: Friday, October 29, 2021 at 12:00PM. HUD, Section 3 and DBE participation applies. 30 calendar days completion.
