Description
This work involves the construction/reconstruction of catch basins, manholes, minor drain, and other sewerage appurtenances as detailed in these specifications on an emergency or as required basis, where directed by the Engineer. The Contractor will be given work at intervals as the Commission deems necessary. Additionally, the Contractor will be required to respond to emergencies within the city limits of Boston as defined in Section SC.3. The Commission does not guarantee that the work will be continuous or that the quantities shown in the bid pages will be partially or fully utilized. The Contractor shall be available for work under this contract beginning on January 1, 2022 and through December 31, 2022. MBE goal is 9% and WBE goal is 6%.
