Description
The work in this contract involves the resurfacing of public and/or private pavements. This includes temporary restoration or permanent restoration of excavations related to Commission activities and annual contracts, along with all other incidental work needed to complete the work as detailed in these specifications and where directed by the Engineer. The Contractor will be given work at intervals as the Commission deems necessary, however, he will be required to respond to emergencies as defined in Section SC.3. The Commission does not guarantee that the work will be continuous or that the quantities shown in the bid pages will be fully utilized. The Contractor shall be available for work under this contract beginning on January 1, 2022 and through December 31, 2022. MBE goal is 9% and WBE goal is 6%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
