Description
Prequalified contractors. Prequalification proposals due 10/25/21 by 2:00 pm. Prequalification documents can be obtained at https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah. The Work of this Contract includes the installation of 12-inch, 16-inch, 24-inch, 30-inch, and 36-inch DR-18 C-900 PVC piping, valves, and appurtenances; installation of 28-inch steel
casing and 20-inch DR-11 HDPE carrier pipe by means of jacking and boring; installation of 36-inch steel
casing and 28-inch DR-11 HDPE carrier pipe by means of jacking and boring; installation of 24-inch RCP;
construction of a concrete headwall; crossing of UTA and UPRR railroad tracks at three locations - two by
means of jacking and boring, and one through an existing concrete tunnel; water service connections;
installation of new fire hydrants; removal of existing concrete vaults and their associated piping, valves,
and appurtenances; and capping and abandoning existing waterlines
