This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Maintenance Contract requiring the Contractor to provide Material Special Specification Item 8011 - Dense-Graded Hot-Mix Asphalt (Small Quantity) by the delivery method(s) specified in the plans for the Washington County Maintenance Office: • Picked up by the Department or Department contracted trucks at the Contractor’s hot mix plant  • Delivered by the Contractor to a designated location as defined in the Work order produced by the Maintenance Supervisor or assigned representative.  Pre-Bid Contractor questions on this project can also be addressed to the following individual: Paul Ray, P.E. – [email protected].
