Description
This is a Materials Only contract to purchase Portland Cement for the Houston District. The Contractor will provide materials to TxDOT by the following methods: Method A: The Contractor will deliver the materials to TxDOT maintenance yards or locations within the Houston District. Method B: TxDOT will pick up the materials from the Contractor's yard/plant that will be loaded into TxDOT owned trucks or trucks owned by others working with or for TxDOT.
