Description
The proposed project includes the construction of raised median throughout Pine Hills Road from S.R. 50 (Colonial Drive) to Bonnie Brae Circle. This involves pedestrian safety improvements throughout, including constructing of a 12’ sidewalk along the east side of the road from S.R. 438 (Silver Star Road) to Bonnie Brae Circle. Also included is upgrading curb ramps and driveways to meet ADA. The project includes mast arm signalization upgrades at 7 intersections. The project length is approximately 16,833 linear feet (3.188 miles). The Utility improvements will include the relocation of 193 lineal feet of 6-inch DI water main, 212 lineal feet of 8-inch DI water main, 1,266 lineal feet of 4-inch PVC force main, 2,005 lineal feet of 8- inch PVC force main and lining one (1) manhole.
