Description
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the furnishing and delivery of beam guide rail elements in the quantities specified. Delivery shall be to the Bridge Division at the Ocean County Garage, Chestnut Street, Toms River, New Jersey or as specified on Purchase Order. The material herein designated is to be supplied for one year from the date of award unless an agreement is entered into by the contracting parties to continue the contract in force until other contracts are entered into.
